03:37:16 <YusefAslam[m]> Would be much better than having to configure XMobar to do this, is Taffybar as easy to use as XMobar???

03:38:09 <lambdabot> <hint>:1:1: error: parse error on input ‘<@’
03:38:15 <elonsroadster[m]> no need to mess with PP or dynamic log, or anythign like that

03:38:50 <YusefAslam[m]> nice, I will try this later on rn it's 3am for me and my brain is f*cked
03:40:35 <YusefAslam[m]> looking at the Github for Taffybar, it seems it has a integrated systray too so I don't need to use Stalonetray on some seperate systray either
03:40:38 <YusefAslam[m]> pretty cool
03:40:47 <YusefAslam[m]> s/on/or/
03:43:35 <jakefromstatefar> Yusef Aslam: the `<hint>:1:1: error` stuff is because you used a matrix reply. Lambdabot gets confused by those.
03:44:01 <YusefAslam[m]> oh k
03:44:06 <YusefAslam[m]> what is lambdabot?

03:57:06 <YusefAslam[m]> But XMobar isn't configured in Haskell, can be though, but I just used the default config syntax. I think Taffybar uses Haskell though
03:58:57 <YusefAslam[m]> I'll look for example configs and start from there I guess
04:01:26 <elonsroadster[m]> ah yes, thats true
04:02:05 <jakefromstatefar> > 1+1
04:02:07 <lambdabot> 2

06:51:13 <liskin> YusefAslam[m]: not sure if you got an answer but there's https://xmonad.github.io/xmonad-docs/xmonad-contrib-0.16.999/XMonad-Util-ClickableWorkspaces.html now
06:52:28 <liskin> (clickable windows don't have an easy module in xmonad-contrib, but maybe we should add that to Loggers or something, it's literally one line, I have that in my setup (which doesn't use Loggers)

07:17:33 <Solid> sounds like a better addition to ClickableWorkspaces almost
07:29:41 wonko joins (~wjc@62.115.229.50)
07:53:21 <liskin> Possibly, except it's not workspaces and it doesn't fit into PP at all
08:02:49 <Solid> well we still have the oportunity to rename ClickableWorkspaces
08:06:14 <liskin> Yep, having that below X.H.SB is sensible

20:55:41 <vojjvoda[m]> So can I do anything about arch's haskell updates breaking xmonad?
20:56:03 <vojjvoda[m]> I cannot postpone system updates indefinetely...

21:56:28 <fizzie> I switched from a distro-managed (Debian, though) XMonad setup to using Stack to build XMonad and whatever it needs, at about the same time I feel like everyone else switched to modern Cabal instead.
